A recent trip to the National Park was full on what I call "Head Scratchers". The first one was centered around a large mushroom I found along the trail on my way up to the mountain. This was in the middle of the week in the middle of the day. The trails were deserted. I find a huge mushroom and takes some photographs of it at 1:30 in the afternoon. I come back down a couple hours later and the mushroom has been thrown at least 30 feet down the trail. No sign of footprints, hoof prints, or anything else. Very odd!
Later that same day I find three footprints on the side of the road that are 16 inches long and 6 inches wide at the ball of the foot. The stride is 4 feet heal to toe.
Below is the YouTube Video I posted about these events.
This is just a guess but...
ReplyDeletemaybe it is poison and they didn't want you to eat it? far out I know.
I love this explanation. I vote for this as the reason the mushroom was uprooted and tossed down the trail. :-)
DeleteI don't think many people appriciate the small details
ReplyDeleteyou point out,Scott, I do. It takes a woodsman to see
many of these things. As I have been confined to blacktop and concrete my woodsman skills have deminished.
i think the sasquatch was stalking him and knew that he might come back in sassy's area again. sassy was just getting rid of the human by getting rid of it's food. maybe?
